Equipped with the most advanced diagnostic technologies, Sonaris is proud to provide clients with a private alternative for balance testing.

Balance testing is a myriad of clinical tests that allows the assessment of the various components of the vestibular (balance) system. At present, balance testing is currently performed at several hospitals within BC and wait times for non-urgent referrals can vary between 9-12 months.

Sonaris’ balance testing includes Video/Electro-nystagmography (VNG/ENG), Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potentials (VEMPs) and Vestibular Head Impulse Testing (VHIT). By empowering individuals in their own diagnostic process, Sonaris allows clients to sooner commence their treatment and embark on the path of recovery.

Amongst the various treatments for balance disorders, both individual and group counseling services are offered as an integral component of balance recovery. Fully accredited in vestibular assessment and management, Sonaris’ certified audiologists are committed to providing clients with opportunities to achieve optimal health.
